Categories Changed

I have changed almost all categories to fit and address my actual needs. The removed categories are Define, Design, Develop, Manage and Test. The fixed categories are Out Of Topics and News. The News category itself expanded to Internal and External categories.

The addition categories are Day-to-Day and Project. Day-to-Day consists of Architect, Hardware, Network, Software and Unclassified categories. Projects consists of CodeRepository, Folding and OSMark.
